Project Type: Infrastructure Projects
The Surda Abu Qash Municipality completed the rehabilitation of internal roads in Abu Qash town, specifically Al-Ain Street, one of the town’s vital roads, with a total length of approximately 385 meters. The street is named after the natural water springs located along its route. It serves as an important link connecting the town to nearby communities, extending toward Jifna, and also functions as an alternative to the main entrance, helping to reduce traffic congestion and improve traffic flow.
The project included widening the road and constructing a 7-meter-wide asphalt layer, in addition to concrete shoulders, a 2-meter-wide paved sidewalk for pedestrians, and a stormwater drainage channel. It also covered all road safety works, including road markings and traffic painting.
The project contributed to improving infrastructure, enhancing road safety, and providing safer and more efficient mobility for residents.
