The Municipality of Surda Abu Qash provides the Clearance Certificate service for land registration (Tabu) or subdivision purposes, aiming to facilitate citizens’ transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Copy of Property Tax Clearance Certificate
• Copy of the Title Deed (Kushan)

1–3 business days

30 NIS per land parcel
Payment is made upon receipt of the transaction
