Service Type: Clearance, Plot Description & No Objection Services

The Municipality of Surda Abu Qash provides the Clearance Certificate service for land registration (Tabu) or subdivision purposes, aiming to facilitate citizens’ transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

- Required Documents:

• Copy of Property Tax Clearance Certificate

• Copy of the Title Deed (Kushan)

- Processing Time:

1–3 business days

-Fees:

30 NIS per land parcel

Payment is made upon receipt of the transaction

In accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures adopted by Surda Abu Qash Municipality

-Procedure:

• Receiving the application from the applicant

• Referring the request to the relevant departments

• Reviewing records and informing the applicant of any outstanding dues, if applicable
