The Municipality of Surda Abu Qash provides a Certificate of Name Matching Certificate / Name Confirmation / Identity, aiming to facilitate citizens’ transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Copy of ID card

• Supporting documents confirming name matching (if available)

40 minutes

-Fees:

30 NIS

Payment is made upon receipt of the transaction

-Legal Basis:

In accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures adopted by Surda Abu Qash Municipality.

-Procedure:

• Receiving the application from the applicant

• Referring the request to the relevant departments

• Reviewing records and informing the applicant of any outstanding dues, if applicable

• Preparing the certificate

• Payment of required fees

• Copying and archiving the document

• Delivering the certificate to the applicant
