Surda Abu Qash Municipality provides the Building Demolition Permit service to regulate demolition activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

- Required Documents:

1- Property tax clearance certificate for the applicant

2- Copy of the owner’s ID

3- Approved modification plan

4- Title deed (Kushan)

5- Security deposit of 2000 JOD to ensure proper execution

6- No objection certificate from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities

• Structural plan of Sarra–Abu Qash Municipality approved by the Ministry of Local Government

 

- Procedure:

1- Receive the annex addition application

2- Review documents by the engineer

3- Conduct a site inspection

4- Submit a report by the Engineering Department

5- Obtain approvals from relevant authorities

6- Receive approved and signed plans from official entities

7- Prepare the full file and submit it to the Building and Planning Committee for decision (approval / rejection / modification)

8- Await committee meeting

9- Committee reviews the file; if approved, fees are calculated

10- Notify the citizen of the decision

11- Collect fees and issue the permit

12- Approve and sign the permit

13- Archive the licensing file

14- Deliver the permit to the citizen
