Surda Abu Qash Municipality provides the service of transferring a building permit, allowing ownership of the permit to be legally transferred from the current owner to a new owner in accordance with approved regulations.

 

- Required Documents:

  1. Copy of ID of the land owner.
  2. Copy of ID of the new owner.
  3. New title deed (ownership document).
  4. Original building permit.
  5. No-objection letter from the previous owner.

 

- Service Completion Time:

7 working days.

 

- Fees:

1% of the value of the original permit.

• Structural Plan of Sarda Abu Qash Municipality approved by the Ministry of Local Government.

 

- Procedures:

  1. Receive the transfer request.
  2. Review the original permit.
  3. Transfer ownership by issuing a new permit under the new owner’s name.
  4. Await the Planning and Building Committee decision.
  5. Issue the decision.
  6. Approve and sign the permit by the Mayor and Municipal Engineer.
  7. Deliver the permit to the applicant.
