Surda Abu Qash Municipality provides the service of refunding deposits, enabling citizens to retrieve deposited amounts after verifying that construction works were completed in accordance with approved plans.

  1. Copy of ID.
  2. Original receipt of deposit payment (submitted by the owner or authorized representative).

 

- Service Completion Time:

2 working days.

 

- Fees:

Free of charge.

 

- Legal Reference:

• Building and Planning Regulations for Local Authorities (2011).
• Structural Plan of Sarda Abu Qash Municipality approved by the Ministry of Local Government.

 

- Procedures:

  1. Receive the application through the Public Service Center.
  2. Review and audit the file.
  3. Conduct a site inspection to ensure the work was executed according to approved plans.
  4. Prepare the refund check.
  5. Archive the application.
  6. Deliver the check to the applicant.
