Surda Abu Qash Municipality provides the service of road opening requests, aiming to establish and pave roads in accordance with approved planning regulations and public interest requirements.

1. Copy of ID of applicants.
2. Clearance certificate for applicants.
3. Land or building deed through which the road passes.
4. Written application signed by all applicants, provided that the number of applicants is not less than 10 persons.

15 days.

Based on study and assessment.
