Surda Abu Qash Municipality provides the service of road paving requests to improve infrastructure and facilitate citizens’ mobility within the municipality according to approved procedures.

- Clearance certificate for applicants.
- Land or building deed through which the road passes.
- Written application signed by all applicants, provided that the number of applicants is not less than 5 persons.
