Surda Abu Qash Municipality provides the Site Plan and Demarcation Request service to officially define property boundaries in accordance with approved regulations.

- Required Documents:

1- Proof of land ownership (periodic power of attorney or legal sale agreement)

2- Court affidavit to preserve partners’ rights

3- In case of multiple owners, partners’ approval is required

- Processing Time:

2–3 days

- Fees:

45 JOD or 55 JOD depending on plot classification

1- Receive the site plan request

2- Review and verify the application and attachments

3- Pay the required fees

4- Approve and sign the site plan

5- Archive the application and plan

6- Deliver the plan to the citizen
