- Procedures:

1. Receive the application.
2. Review the documents.
3. Conduct a site inspection.
4. Prepare the full file and submit it to the Planning and Building Committee to take a decision (approve / reject / amend).
5. Await committee meeting.
6. Review the file by the committee.
7. Submit the file to the Directorate of Local Government.
8. Await the decision.
9. Receive the response from the Local Government Directorate.
10. Archive the application and decision.
11. Notify the applicant of the decision.
